No! We work with clients from all over the world. We can communicate remotely, either by email, scheduled calls, or video meetings.

Each website is quoted based on the specifications of the project. We design and develop custom websites tailored for your business. As a result, each website has unique needs. We will work closely with you to assess the needs of your business and provide a quote based on that assessment. We also categorize your website based upon one of our web design packages and make adjustments based on the site's needs.

Our estimated timeline is 1 - 2 weeks for simpler sites, and 3 - 6 weeks for more complex sites. However, all of this is dependant on the specific project and can vary based on your your feedback and the number of revisions. The more information you can provide in the initial stages, the faster we can complete the website.

Yes, of course! A mobile-friendly website is a high priority for us when designing websites. We work hard to ensure your website is responsive on all modern browsers and devices.

We value your input and feedback. In fact, your feedback is crucial to the website design and development process so that the site is well suited for your business. We will work directly with you to identify your needs and wants for the website.


All your order information, including support period information, and recurring purchases such as hosting is housed in the Client Portal. Login in with the username and password that was provided to you in order to access that information. If you forgot your username or password, send us an email and we will help you get back access to your account.

After agreeing upon a quote presented, we accept Cash, MasterCard, PayPal, e-Transfer, and cheque.

We offer servers from three different locations to cover a variety of areas around the globe. Datacenters are located in:
